What is the difference between Hajj and Umrah?
Hajj is the major pilgrimage, performed at a specific time and subject to a country quota. Umrah can be performed almost all year and is a shorter journey.
How is the Hajj payment organised?
A deposit confirms registration, followed by a clear payment schedule agreed with your adviser. Exact terms are included in your travel contract.
Can I travel with my elderly parents?
Yes. We review their mobility and health needs with you to offer the most suitable pace, accommodation and support.
Is my personal data protected?
Yes. Your data and documents are accessible only to authorised staff and are used solely to organise your journey.
Will I have a guide who speaks my language?
Our groups are accompanied by French-speaking guides. Any additional languages are listed for each departure.
